Step Into Your Purpose Dream Journal And Planner
The new year is underway and I am are so excited for all that it holds. You probably have a few things you would like to accomplish, so you are more than likely laying out your goals. After all, without goals you lack focus and direction. But if you want to succeed at anything, it is not enough to set goals -- you need to set SMART goals. Smart goal setting not only allows you to take control of your life's direction, it also provides a benchmark for measuring your success. However, most of you are already on the wrong path.
How so you might ask?
Well! If you’ve already written out your goals and started planning without even laying out your big audacious goal [and doing any VISIONING], then your process is broken. Many set goals year after year that they never accomplish. But that’s because setting goals without knowing your WHY and defining what success looks like from your perspective, is a recipe for disaster. You need an underlined motivator attached to your goals. If you’re really dedicated to walking in your purpose and achieving some bold goals, then you need to create a blueprint that will help you lay a solid foundation.
For me, last year was an amazing year! I met most of my goals, in fact, I blew some of them out of the water. But between school, business and family, I was continually going at warp speed. What's crazy is that most of the time I didn't even realize how fast I was going. When you love what you do or if you’re a New Yorker, it's easy to accept the “always-on-the-go” pace as the norm. However, you don’t want to get so caught up chasing your dreams that you don’t take time to enjoy the journey and enjoy the present [live in the moment].
I want to help make this year an amazingly successful year for you. So I’ve created the Step Into Your Purpose: Dream Journal and Planner [workbook and planner], to help you crush your goals. This workbook and planner is filled with prompts, actionable steps and strategies to ensure success takes hold, leaving an indelible mark on both your personal and professional lives.
So, forget the resolutions and take real action.
