Kicking Off The Fall Season With Bloomingdale’s
From stay at home moms to entrepreneurs, we all have one thing in common -- whatever we do we want to do it in style. Get inspired by Bloomingdale’s fall styles.
Besides my two babies and the boo, there is nothing I love more than women supporting women. Women can accomplish some awesome things when we celebrate each other’s accomplishments and lift each other up. The best part is, we all benefit.
I had so much fun kicking off the fall season with Bloomingdale’s at Roosevelt Field a Simon Mall, while networking and nurturing new and old relationships. The evening was presented by Ladies of 3rd Thursday in partnership with Mocha Moms of Long Island for the everyday busy business woman or mom. The evening was hosted by celebrity host Dr. Stacie NC Grant and featured the latest fall fashion trends and a panel of fabulously fearless boss ladies highlighting quick and yet fashionable style hacks that would take you from the office to a networking event or for cocktails.
Guests enticed their taste buds with light refreshments and complimentary wine from Bartenura Moscato as they were treated to an informal fashion show featuring the latest fall styles from Bloomingdale’s worn by the everyday women, with personal shopper Toni Jefferson. In between, attendees listened in on insightful conversations about countless bits of wardrobe and beauty advice from the panelists.
The panel (master stylist Anabel Alexis of StudioTen31 Salon, celebrity makeup artist Lorrie Reid of MakeUp Your Life Salon, and Charmaine Mischel and Carline Beaubrun of Mocha Moms of Long Island) and fashion show wasn’t the only thing happening at Bloomingdale’s. Guests were able to hit the selfie photo booth, indulge in mini chair massages by Anoz Spa Boutique, win raffle prizes and swag bags for attendees compliments of Bloomingdale’s.
