Are things starting to become too much for your mind to handle? Are you one of those people who have unused sick days? Or, are you on your grind building your dream or your side hustle? Well, I've got news for you! Mental fatigue is real. The stress of everyday life, can over time lead to some major health problems.
This is why sometimes, slowing down and even at times coming to a temporary halt to care for yourself can go a long way to performing at peak levels. Everyone should take dedicated time for some mental [emotional and psychological] TLC, because your health is not just about your physical well-being. It's also about what you're thinking and feeling. But how do you know when your brain needs a break? The body will give you subtle yet important signals, when it becomes too much for your mind to handle.
If your body is sending you any of the important hints discussed in this podcast, it might be time to take a mental health day (or two) to help you stay in better shape mentally.
