The 21 Day Gratitude Challenge
This month we’re saying thanks for all of life’s little blessings! One thing I’ve learned over the years, is that even during the hardest of times, there is always something you can still be grateful for. Someone this week reminded me that I can dream big and hustle hard but it all does not matter if my health is in the dumps. In the hunt of pushing for my dreams, I was forgetting about prioritizing self care. I was reminded that my health is one of the greatest things I have.
It's amazing what happens when you focus on gratitude, but it all begins in the mind. As the year comes to an end, we start thinking about the things we want to change. With this in mind, I would like to help remind you of the things you have to be grateful for. My team and I came up with a 21 Day Gratitude Challenge and together we are going to practice the attitude of gratitude. It is said that it takes doing something 21 times to create a habit. So we would like to help cultivate a gratitude practice. And, if that didn’t convince you, maybe this will… Gratitude has been said to help cultivate positiveness, improve sleep and reduce stress.
