A Multi-Vitamin Infusion Juice Recipe for an Energetic Life

Lately I’ve unconsciously been doing a lot of juicing. And it had me thinking about, when I worked and managed an all-natural health food club to pay my way through college. The interest in juicing has skyrocketed. Making juice cleanses, and drinking your raw fruits and veggies a deliciously popular thing these days. Along with being tech savvy, Millennials are also more health conscious. They are not only inspired to be more successful and happier than their parents, but also healthier. Juicing helps us to not only better absorb micro-nutrients from the fruits and veggies. But also to consume a wider variety and a healthier amount of fruits and vegetables in an efficient manner into our diet. A few health benefits of juicing are that it helps to increase energy, boost the immune system, and promote weight loss, as well as support brain health. So if you’re finding it difficult to eat enough fruits and veggies, I suggest you invest in a juicer!
