Try this Fruity DIY Teeth Whitener without the Cost
The hubby and I recently got our bi-annual teeth cleaning, which got me thinking about the whole idea of teeth whitening – something I have never done before. Regular brushing and flossing is not always enough to solve your dental woes. And teeth whitening is one of those dental woes that most of us need a little more help with. While you can opt for over the counter or prescribed teeth whitening agents, which may either be too harsh or too expensive, here is a natural and fruity DIY teeth whitener you may want to try. According to Health.com, the secret to teeth whitening on a budget is simply strawberries. The malic acid found in strawberries helps to dissolve coffee, wine and tea stains; and when combined with baking soda becomes a natural teeth cleaning solution. Though this DIY teeth whitener is no replacement for a professionally done treatment at your dentist, it is without a doubt easy and inexpensive.
