Blueberry Soda Medley
How to make
Boil blueberries, and add to a blender with water boiled in and a bit of sugar, then blend into a puree. Fill glass with ice then top with pureed blueberries. Add some soda water, then give your mocktail a good little stir. Garnish your juice mocktail with extra berries and or mint for a beautiful presentation, and enjoy!
2. Ginger Soda Cooler
How to make
Boil ginger, then use a wooden spoon to crush ginger and muddle together in water boiled in. Add ginger water with liquid into an ice shaker with a bit of sugar and shake vigorously. Pour into a glass with ice, then top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with lemon, a piece of ginger, and watch your guests knock back glass after glass.
