Esaie Couture Launches #peekmydesign Dress Contest with Misses Dressy

Attention all budding and aspiring fashion designers! It's time to test your skills with Esaie Couture and Misses Dressy #peekmydesign dress contest. This design a dress competition requires no credentials for entry, just your passion for fashion, creativity and a desire to learn.

The contest was created by two local New York brands who have made their own mark in the fashion industry; as a way to give young and burgeoning creatives a chance to showcase their design skills and talent. Esaie Couture is a Brooklyn design school backed by 30 years of fashion industry experience, working with design teams such as Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Betsy Johnson, Saks 5th Avenue and House of Dereon. Misses Dressy is the trendy Long Island City boutique creating the salon-experience both online and in-person, by providing a slew of designer gowns and dresses for proms, homecoming, sweet 16s, weddings and holiday parties.


About the design a dress #peekmydesign contest

Are you a budding designer or just have a love for design? The #peekmydesign design a dress contest.

To enter the competition visit the Esaie Couture Design School website here. The contest is broken down into two rounds...1st round-  where the top 10 designs with the highest votes are selected to move on to the 2nd round, the design with the highest social media likes or votes would automatically receive a $200 scholarship grant. At the end of round 2, the designs with the highest votes are critiqued by a panel of judges who will then select a grand prize winner and two runners-up. The winners of this design a dress contest will receive a $1,000 scholarship grant to take online or offline classes at Esaie Couture and a paid internship with Misses Dressy; with the 2 runner-ups receiving $500 scholarship grants.
