How to Automate Your Business While on Vacation
I have really been going for after my aspirations and goals lately. I've rolled up my sleeves and have been making moves on behalf of my dreams, as well as been living in the present. I spent the past week in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area, enjoying some vacation time away from the bustling New York life.
As an entrepreneur disconnecting completely from business is almost impossible (unless you are stranded on some deserted island), and even then you would still try to find a way to check in. My schedule have not been totally work free, however, I have not been distracted by work and business because. I have been leveraging chic tools and apps to automate my business and keep me in front of customers and prospects while I get some much needed relaxation. From enjoying dinners out, sightseeing, golfing at TopGolf, and of course a bit of lite socializing and networking.

1. MAILCHIMP: An easy email marketing solution to manage subscribers, send emails, and track results.
2. HOOTSUITE for social media scheduling and management. This app enables me to keep both my clients' and my own social media networks active and engaged while away from the computer.
3. My COSCHEDULE EDITORIAL CALENDAR integrated within my WordPress dashboard that allowed me to plan and schedule posts like this one. By the time this post goes live, I would already be off jetsetting.
4. My VIRTUAL ASSISTANT who is such a sweet heart, helping me with just about any task I throw at her.
