Date Makeup for Valentine's Day
First of all, great long lasting makeup starts with prepping the skin - so cleanse and moisturize. Next, apply a primer to even out complexion and help makeup glide on smoothly. Cover up imperfections (scars, blemishes and discolorations) using concealer making sure to get around the nose and under the eye areas, before applying and blending foundation. Fill in brows with a brow pencil or powder one shade lighter than your natural brow color. Apply an earth tone shadow onto lids then use a dark brown liner to line eyes. Dust a pink peachy blush lightly on the apples of the cheeks then set with translucent or loose powder. Finally apply mascara to lashes and a soft natural sheer color for kissable lips. See pic above for end result.
