The Latest From #NYFW Spring2014 Day 2

Day 1 I brought to you the Apache Indian inspired collection of Nicholas K and today I've got even more NYFW insider goodness for you.

Day 2 for me started off with the Noon by Noor presentation, where I sat 2nd row and literally behind Solange Knowles.  Inspired by The Tree of Life, a 400 year old natural wonder in their home country, Noon by Noor is returning for the third time at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.  The collection was feminine, elegant and sophisticated yet playful and fun.  The designer gave us a mix of colors and bold prints ranging from voluminous jackets and culottes to pencil skirts and dresses, which were presented to the upbeat song of "The Misshapes."
Here a few of my selections from the collection...

Day 2 continued with the Mark and Estel 9pm presentation.  The collection which is designed by L.A. designers Mark Tango and Estel Day, was dominated by black and white and exuded  a rock n roll theme.  The collection was a mix of loose flowing and tailored silhouettes which included edgy and daring pieces.
