Beauty from the Inside Out

I recently went on a business trip to New Orleans with my husband (then fiance), where some photos of us were taken. Upon review of the photos I was confronted with the harsh reality of how much weight I had gained.  These photos for me reinforced that when you lose sight of a healthy lifestyle and allow life's circumstances to get in the way, how much it can affect your health. But I have found that best solution is beauty from the inside out.

A decision was made to adjust my lifestyle and change my diet to cleaner eating. Two months later I dropped 10 pounds and my skin cleared up just in time for me to walk down the aisle.  And all I did was adjust how and what I ate.

Clean eating, plenty of water, exercise and vitamins, not only keep you physically fit but also reveal radiant skin and lustrous hair.

Just remember... part of beauty is a healthy lifestyle!
